Returns

Return Policy:
1. Customers can return or exchange their order within 15 days of delivery of the product
2. All Product which are to be returned must be in perfect and unused condition with all the original labels, tags and invoices intact
3. The Price amount of the product will be credited to your account as reward points only after we have finished our Quality Recheck process and approval of the latter
4. You can ask for a refund via mail/phone by contacting us directly or by Filling in the Return Product form in your Account>My Orders>Return Product
5. The additional charges of COD or Shipping charges won’t be refunded
6. Reverse pickup facility is available in limited Pin codes. If your Pin code doesn’t support Reverse pickup, you can manually courier the product to our mydesiGnation’s Offical Address and we will refund you the amount you spent for shipping it once you submit the receipt of the courier (Maximum of Rs.75)
7. International Orders are not eligible for Return Product policy
