Here’s how to care for your plants:

Brinjal

  • Brinjal needs well-drained soil and lots of sunlight (6-8 hours a day).
  • Start seeds indoors, then move them outside when it’s warm. Plant them 1 inch deep, 18-24 inches apart.
  • Water regularly but don’t let the soil get too wet.
  • Use food scraps, coffee grounds, or even egg shells to give them a natural boost, and your plants will love it!
  • Use straw or leaves to keep the soil moist and stop weeds.
  • Pick brinjal when they are shiny and firm, about 70-80 days after planting. Don’t wait too long, or they’ll taste bitter!

Tomatoes

  • Tomatoes love rich, well-drained soil and lots of sunlight (6-8 hours a day).
  • Plant seeds or seedlings 2-3 feet apart. Start indoors, then move them outside when it's warm.
  • Water deeply, but only when the soil feels dry. Water the base, not the leaves.
  • Use stakes or cages to help the plants grow upright.
  • Use food scraps, coffee grounds, or even egg shells to give them a natural boost, and your plants will love it!
  • Pick when fully red and firm, usually 60-85 days after planting. Enjoy your fresh tomatoes!

Chilly


  • Chilly plants need well-drained soil and 6-8 hours of sunlight.
  • Plant seeds 1/2 inch deep, 12-18 inches apart, in warm weather.
  • Keep the soil moist, but don’t let it get soggy. Water at the base.
  • Use food scraps, coffee grounds, or even egg shells to give them a natural boost, and your plants will love it!
  • Use small stakes if the plant gets too tall.
  • Pick chilies when they’re bright and firm, 60-80 days after planting. You can wait for different colors!

Bitter Gourd


  • Bitter gourd needs well-drained soil and 6-8 hours of sunlight.
  • Plant seeds 1 inch deep, 12 inches apart in warm weather.
  • Keep the soil moist, but don’t overwater.
  • Use a trellis to help the vine grow upward.
  • Use food scraps, coffee grounds, or even egg shells to give them a natural boost, and your plants will love it!
  • Pick when they’re green and 4-6 inches long, about 55-60 days after planting. Don’t wait too long, or they’ll be too bitter!

Ladies Finger

  • Use potting soil with good drainage. Place your pots in a spot that gets 6-8 hours of sunlight each day, like a balcony or bright windowsill.
  • Soak the seeds in water overnight. Plant them 1 inch deep in pots, spacing them about 12 inches apart.
  • Keep the soil moist, but not too wet. Water the base of the plants, avoiding the leaves.
  • Use food scraps, coffee grounds, or even egg shells to give them a natural boost, and your plants will love it!

Pick okra pods when they’re 2-4 inches long, about 50-60 days after planting. Keep harvesting to encourage more growth.

Cluster Beans


  • Use well-drained sandy-loam soil
  • Plant seeds 1-2 inches deep, 6-8 inches apart.
  • Water regularly but avoid overwatering.
  • Mulch with straw or leaves to keep soil moist.
  • Add compost, coffee grounds, or even egg shells for a boost.
  • Pick in 60-70 days after planting.

    Winged Beans


  • Choose a sunny spot with 6-8 hours of sunlight daily.
  • Use well-drained, organic-rich soil (food scraps, coffee grounds, egg shells).
  • Soak seeds in warm water for 12-24 hours to aid germination.
  • Plant seeds 1-2 inches deep, 12-18 inches apart.
  • Water regularly to keep soil moist, not waterlogged.
  • Provide support for vines to climb.
  • Pick when they are tender and about 6-8 inches long for
