Exchange Policy

What is your exchange policy?

You can exchange your order within 7 days of delivery. The products must be in an
unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Do I need to pay for an exchange?

If you want to exchange a product because you bought the wrong size, there will be an
additional reverse pickup charge of ₹75. If you self-ship the product back to us, we will not refund the shipping charges.

What happens after I send a product back for exchange?

We will ship the new product for an exchange only after the returned item reaches us and passes a Quality Check. If the product is found to be used or untidy, we will not be able to provide an exchange.

What about orders with multiple items?

We will only process a single return or exchange pickup per order. If your order
arrived in multiple packages, please wait until you have received all items before applying fora return or exchange.
