Refund Policy

How will I receive my refund for prepaid orders?

By default, the full refund amount will be credited to your MYDESIGNATION Wallet. If
you prefer, a refund can be processed to your bank account upon request.

How will I receive my refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?

For COD orders, the product value will be added to your MYDESIGNATION Wallet.

Are there any charges that are non-refundable?

Yes, please note that shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. Only the product cost is applicable for a refund.

Is the refund policy applicable to all products?

No. The refund policy is not applicable for discounted products or products on sale.
Also, no returns or exchanges are applicable for products purchased under the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer.

When will my refund be processed?

A refund will be processed only after the returned product has passed our quality check.
