What is your return policy?

You can return your order within 7 days of delivery. The products must be in an unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

How do I initiate a return?

For most pincodes, we offer a reverse pickup service. We will arrange to have the
package collected from your delivery address. If this service is not available at your location,you will need to self-ship the product back to us.

How will I receive my refund?

All refunds for returns will be credited to your MYDESIGNATION Wallet. Please note that online refund charges for COD orders and international shipping fees are non-refundable.

What if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you don't need to send it back unless our team confirms it. Just send us a few images of the item, and we will get back to you immediately. If the defect is confirmed, we will cover the full charges for shipping the new product to you.

Are there any items I can't return?

Yes, the following items are not eligible for a return:

All gifts.
Products from our Onam/Festive Collections.
Items with more than 25% discount.
International orders (unless we delivered an incorrect product).
