How do I use my Store Credit balance?
Sign in at checkout and apply your store credit to your order. Credit is only available when you are logged in.
How do refunds reach my Store Credit?
Refunds for returns are credited to your MYDESIGNATION Store Credit. Online refund charges for COD orders and international shipping fees may be deducted where applicable.
Can I transfer or withdraw Store Credit credit?
Store Credit balance is non-transferable and can only be used toward purchases on MyDesignation when you are signed in.
